Classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching and also the basis for the smooth implementation of various teaching activities.Effective classroom management can create a good learning environment for students.The practical knowledge of classroom management is formed by the Chinese teachers' reflection and refinement of their own teaching experience and lessons when they are teaching.Class management knowledge plays an important role in classroom teaching,it directly affects the effectiveness and quality of classroom teaching.In this paper,the author takes the cases of classroom management of the Chinese volunteer teachers in Sofia Confucius Institute of Bulgaria in 2016 as research object,collects every volunteer teachers' teaching cases and logs,and focuses on the part of the classroom management.The cases are classified and analyzed hierarchically form teachers'self management,students' behavior management,classroom environment management and classroom teaching management rules four aspects.The author tries to summarize the practical knowledge that can be used for reference in the future classroom management from the cases.At the same time,the influencing factors of the practical knowledge of class management of Chinese volunteer teachers are also observed,then some suggestions are put forward.This article is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction.The author introduces the origin,purpose and significance of the research,expounds the research train of thought and method,defines the related concepts,and combs the related literatures on practical knowledge research and classroom management research.The second chapter is about the content of practical knowledge of class management of Chinese volunteer teachers.First of all,based on previous studies,the author draws the content framework of the practical knowledge of classroom management.Then according to the framework,the related cases are classified,abstracted and summarized form teachers'self management,students' behavior management,classroom environment management and classroom teaching management rules four aspects.The third chapter is about the influencing factors of classroom management.The author analyzes it form two aspects:the individual reflection and the collective interaction.The fourth chapter based on the content of practical knowledge of classroom management and influencing factors,the author put forward the suggestions of the construction of the practical knowledge of classroom management of Chinese volunteer teachers.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,the author summarizes the full text,and puts forward the shortcomings of the study.
