Analysis Of Watercolor Painting Series Creation "Snowfield"

When people refer to the art of painting,the first thing they think about is those works that simply depict and copy scenery and characters.Although the works are exquisite and time-consuming,many of these works only rely on the emphasis on techniques or alternative themes to attract the attention of the viewer,but ignore the paintability and lose the charm of the artistic language.In the context of contemporary painting,artists need to pay attention to the theme and techniques of works of art,but also return to the essence of art,from the screen itself to find breakthroughs.The composition of the picture,the use of points,lines and surfaces,the comfortable and harmonious color collocation,as well as the combination of emotional expression and painting language,are all important parts of supporting the picture.After determining what to draw,how to draw is the most important point in a work.The series of works of Snowfield is the result of the practice of this view.I want to use a flat,simple painting language to express the ice and snow in my hometown,so that the works are full of soul,and show the real experience of the ice and snow in my hometown from the perspective of contemporary young people.In the process of painting,the use of image materials to create,mix and integrate the material,so that the picture has the characteristics of "image" painting,and show not only "image".Through the study and study of the works of famous artists,the artistic language suitable for their own pictures is established.The completion of this series of works is a practical demonstration of my graduate learning achievements.
