Double Vision

As far as the painting art was concerned,from as far back as Spanish Altamira cave painting,French Lashikeshi cave painting and ancient Egyptian painting to the contemporary painting art,planarizd image processing occupied most of stage of the painting art in human history.Planarization,as a kind of art language and expression mode,has its own unique existing significance.For painting,if it expects to acquire its own representation,its formal elements(for instance lines, colors etc.) must rely on planarization,and only in this way can the abstract nature of the painting be attained,in this sense that what the exploration of the planarization embodies is the self-consciousness of the art.Planarization means can reveal the structure nature hidden in interior of the things and discern the truth ignored by the multi-dimensionization.Planarization shows concern on the painting-in-itself,say,it focuses on the reasonable configuration of the formal elements of the painting.Colors,lines and shapes are put in the remarkable position and their own representation is deeply excavated and explored,which is consistent with the nature of the painting.Planarized painting possesses the strong decorative effect due to its simplified style and flow-coated color and it can make the art creation get rid of the bondage of the physical bodies in real world and further authentically enter the free spirit space.This thesis firstly analyzed the inevitability and reasonable value of the existence of the planarization in combination with the nature of the painting.Secondly,based on the depiction to the history process of the western painting,it figured out the source of the planarization and clarified that the planarization as a widely applied art language is the embodiment of the self-consciousness of the modern art.Finally, together with the practice of the planarization in Chinese modern oil painting,it displayed the infinite charming of the planarization and embodied the bold attempts and innovations on the planarization made by Chinese artists.
