A Report On The Translation Of Hebei Bangzi-Butterfly Cup

Chinese opera is colorful and has a long history.As an important branch of opera,Hebei opera is the most representative local vocal drama in Hebei province.Among them,there are more than 30 kinds of operas that have been popular in Hebei,and such as beikun,bangzi,pingdiao,laozi and so on.This report takes the Hebei bangzi's culture as a specific research object.In our country,there is no relevant translation of Hebei bangzi,and there is no media platform that can fully disseminate this culture.As one of the operas with a long history and profound cultural heritage,Hebei bangzi should show its unique charm to the world.The construction of the translation and dissemination platform of Hebei bangzi is imminent.Based on the writer's translation task of the Chinese to English translation of Hebei bangzi Butterfly Cup,this paper is mainly divided into five parts: the introduction of translation task,the description of translation process,the theoretical guidance of translation practice,the analysis of translation case and the summary of translation practice.The first part briefly introduces the background of translation tasks,the significance of translation studies and translation requirements.The second part comprehensively describes the text and theory analysis,translation preparation,translation process and post-translation matters.The third part focuses on the translation cases of culture-loaded words and sentences.The fourth part summarizes the solved problems encountered in the translation process and solutions,unresolved issues and thinking,as well as insights and opinions on the translation of Hebei bangzi.In the paper,I aim to explore the translation method of works related to Hebei bangzi,and tries to provide thinking for solving similar problems.
