This thesis provides a collected interpretations of Group ? of vol.5 of the Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slips,and discusses the issues of prison governance by officials,in two chapters.Chapter one is based on the interpretations and annotations of vol.5 of the Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slips,reviewing previous achievements in exegetical interpretation of characters,sentence reading,and discussion on relevant statutory provisions of Group ?.Based on this knowledge,I focus on the arguments for the interpretation of characters,sentence breaks,and interpretation of the meaning,and choose and following what is correct and add new evidence to them.For the parts that have not been discussed by scholars,such as the interpretations of important characters,sentence breaks and the understanding of laws.I will collect as much evidence as possible and try to present my opinions.I wil try to carry out an objective analysis and elaboration for each opinion,supplementing them with my own views.Chapter two revolves around the text“Ordering the acceptance of money and property,and breaking the laws in officials settling cases”,which is included in Group?of vol.5 of the Yuelu Academy Qin Bamboo Slips.This chapter discusses how the officials settle cases,how negligence of the prison officials is determined,and how prison officials are punished.
