Fu Yiling(1911-1988)was a famous historian of Ming and Qing Dynasties and one of the main founders of Chinese social economic history.His research achievements and methods have been attached great importance to by the academic circles.In recent years,with the development of the trend of interdisciplinary integration in academic circles,Chinese social economic history,especially regional social economic history,has triggered a research upsurge in academic circles.This thesis takes Fu's social economic history as the research object,based on the the previous research results,through the study of Fu's autobiography,academic works,reminiscence articles,memorial collections and other thematic papers,it combs Fu's life stories and explores his academic origin and the development of his academic path,and comprehensively and systematically analyzes Fu's research content,academic theory and historical methods to highlight his academic characteristics.Furthermore,it explores Fu's role as the main pioneer and founder of Chinese social economic history and the "pioneering spirit" in establishing the school of Chinese social economic history,and the impact on the modernization of Chinese history,as well as the enlightenment and guiding significance of Fu to Chinese and foreign scholars in international academic exchanges.Therefore,we can fully understand its academic achievements and characteristics,accurately evaluate Fu's position in Chinese modern history and his contribution to the study of Chinese social economic history.
