Conditionals are one of the focuses of logic research, and there are also many academic debates in the academic world. This paper focuses on the non-nested indicative conditionals. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the previous research, combined with the subjective Bayesian theory, the author makes an innovative interpretation and exploration of the non-true value conditional approach. The first chapter of this paper mainly classifies the conditionals, determines the characteristics of the indicative conditional, and briefly analyzes the existing research status of the truth conditionals of the indicative conditionals. The second chapter expounds the origin of the non-true value conditional approach;and clarifies the object of the arbitrariness argument by distinguishing between the Stalnaker's presupposition and the Adams thesis;then analyzes the non-true value conditional approach. The circle problem is that "conditionals' probability = conditional probability" is established. The third chapter discusses the possibility of non-true value conditional approach combined with Bayesian theory research;and through the specific case of subjective Bayesian, the practical significance of "conditionals' probability = conditional probability" is established. The fourth chapter returns to the foothold of the non-true value conditional approach, that is,whether the indicative conditionals can be regarded as a non-propositional statement.By investigating the "true value" or "no truth value" debate of the existing research path, combined with the actual situation, the author believes that the non-true value conditional approach has merits, and can be used as a theoretical mechanism of intelligent technology, applied to medical and Education and many other fields. The non-true value conditional approach advocates the belief instead of the true value judgment, which originated from the Ramsey test and was fully developed in the Adams thesis.Adams thesis think that conditionals' probability is given by the corresponding conditional probability, mainly focusing on the acceptability of theconditionals rather than the true value.Based on the theory of probability and conditional logic, this approach can fit the real-world knowledge application and has potential practical value. The non-true value approach implies the conditionals as a probabilistic interpretation, which provides a new research idea for intelligent research and development in the era of big data.
