Under the theory of Translator's Subjectivity, this thesis studies samples from the E-C literary translation practice of the source text Scottish Fairy and Folk Tales. The research attempts to explore how the present author, being faithful to the ST on the premise, executes the translator's subjectivity at lexical level, syntactic level, cultural and aesthetic level in selecting appropriate translation strategies.Through the sample analysis in the translation practice, this thesis is trying to prove that the Translator's Subjectivity as a theoretical basis is feasible and reasonable to guide E-C literary translation.
