Research On The Artistic Characteristics And Inheritance And Development Of Traditional Folk Songs In Korla City

Korla,located in the northwest border of China,was founded in June 1979 and is known as one of the top ten civilized cities.There are 23 ethnic groups in the city.The long-term integration and development of all ethnic groups have formed a prosperous scene full of characteristics of The Times.The traditional Korla folk songs take history and culture,folk life,production and labor as the theme in the long evolution of history.Traditional folk songs like these which full of artistic features are important components of the cultural treasures of the Chinese nation.With great emphasis on intangible cultural heritage,the protection,inheritance and innovative development of traditional folk songs in korla have attracted more and more attention.More excellent traditional folk songs were spread on the concert stage etc.With its unique regional color and artistic charm,as well as its unique form,content and singing method,more and more people feel the extraordinary cultural and artistic value of traditional folk songs in korla.Through the collection,sorting and investigation of traditional folk songs in korla,this paper believes that:Traditional folk songs in korla includes:(1)Ballads--mainly about history,culture and natural phenomena;(2)Ceremonial folk songs--mainly about traditional ceremonial contents such as birth,adulthood,marriage and funeral,such as "adult songs","the wedding lament" and "wedding songs";(3)Sacrificial folk songs--mainly about praying for good weather and good harvest in the coming year;(4)Life and production folk songs--mainly about "hua er festival" or daily production and life,such as "meeting song","love song",etc.The uniqueness of the artistic characteristics of traditional folk songs in korla is mainly reflected in rich lyrics,diverse rhythms,beautiful melodies and tunes,various accompaniment instruments,diverse singing forms,clear division of singing fields and song types,strong local flavor of music,strong local color and so on.The inheritance and innovation of traditional folk songs in korla have achieved positive results.However,with the needs of national cultural development and people's spiritual life in the new era,the inheritance and innovation of the city's traditional folk songs still need to continue to explore and exploit the situation.It is hoped that through the inheritance and innovation of the thinking and suggestions in this paper,it can cause height of concerned respect to take seriously,create a better environment and create new achievements for the inheritance and development of traditional folk songs in korla.
