Study On The Spread Of Mongolian Culture In Mongolian Restaurants

This paper takes the Mongolian restaurant in Hohhot as the research object,combines the relevant professional knowledge of communication,starts from the perspective of national cultural communication,and sorts out and summarizes the role of the restaurant in the spread of national culture,aiming to explore the restaurant as a kind of The role played by the carrier of national cultural communication and the potential of cultural communication.Ethnic-themed restaurants can not only provide a unique communication space for national culture,but also a public space that can promote exchanges and integration between different ethnic groups and contribute to national identity.As a carrier that can spread the Mongolian national culture,Mongolian restaurant has become more and more prominent,but it has often been ignored by people.Terefore,the study of the spread of Mongolian culture by Mongolian restaurant is an important,novel and yet to be explored field.This paper studies and analyzes the content,methods and effects of Mongolian culture in Mongolian restaurants.The Mongolian cultural types and their spiritual connotations spread by Mongolian restaurants were discussed in detail.The spatial situational communication,interactive experience communication and ritual performances of Mongolian culture in Mongolian culture were analyzed.Survey analysis and offline field interviews to study the cultural communication effects of Mongolian restaurants.In the end,the paper also analyzes and summarizes the problems that Mongolian restaurants have in the spread of Mongolian culture.It believes that restaurant operators should pay attention to the role of Mongolian restaurants in spreading Mongolian culture,and should strengthen their awareness of national cultural communication from their own perspective.Learning the knowledge of national culture,thus enriching the Mongolian cultural connotation to be expressed in the restaurant,and finally achieving the purpose of the restaurant to spread the national culture.
