The Development Of Rural Cultural Industry In Jilin Province

Since the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan,the leading role of cultural industry in economic development has become increasingly prominent.After the Party's Nineteenth National Congress,the administrative departments of cultural industry in Jilin Province,based on the comprehensive combing of rural cultural resources,brought the development of the rural cultural industry into the "13th Five-Year" plan of the province,and established the rural cultural industry as a new form of economic development.As a new point of economic growth,cultural industries not only can prosper the socialist cultural market,but also can promote the transformation and upgrading of local economies and achieve the goals of structural adjustment,steady growth,promotion of stability,and development.As a famous agricultural province in China,Jilin Province not only contains rich natural resources,but also has unique rural cultural resources.Since the 18 th National Congress,the state has attached great importance to the construction of cultural industries and created a rare historic opportunity for the development of rural cultural industries in Jilin Province.It not only can transform the rich rural cultural resources of Jilin Province into economic benefits,but also can promote the economic development model of Jilin Province.However,the advantages of rural cultural industry in Jilin Province have not been brought into full play,and fail to have significant effect on adjusting the economic structure and promoting economic recovery due to the following problems,immature market development,lack of new cultural formats,low brand competitiveness,and lack of high-quality talent.Therefore,the paper starts from the actual development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province since the 18 th National Party Congress and focuses on the theme of improving the quality and efficiency of the rural cultural industry to explore a new path for the development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,purpose,significance,the research status,ideas,focus and difficulties.The second chapter defines the concept of rural culture industry,and finds out the theoretical basis for the development of rural culture industry.Chapter 3 elaborates the present situation of the development of rural cultural industry in Jilin Province,and conducts data analysis on the development of rural cultural industry in Jilin Province.The fourth chapter finds out the problems in the development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province,including the immature market development,the lack of new cultural industry,the low brand competitiveness and the lack of high-quality talents.The reasons for this phenomenon lies in the poor management system,the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability,the weak strength of the rural cultural enterprises,the difficult financing of cultural enterprises and the imperfect personnel training mechanism.The fifth chapter,in view of the problems existing in the development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province,explores the path for the development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province.It points out that in the special period when economic growth slows down,even becomes risky in Northeast China,Jilin must speed up the development of the rural cultural industry,encourage the innovation in rural cultural industry,create an advantageous rural cultural brand,and improve the talent cultivation incentive mechanism.Only in this way can we promote the sound and rapid development of the rural cultural industry in Jilin Province so as to make it play a traction role in local economic development.
