In recent years,the cultural and creative industries have attracted more and more attention in this world.With the support of knowledge,talents and creativity,cultural creative enterprises provide their own business value and social value by providing unique products or services through intellectual creation in a certain cultural environment.“Human capital” in cultural creative enterprises has replaced “material capital” and is the most important production factor of enterprises.In China,cultural creative enterprises haven't appeared for a long time,and encountered many difficulties in the process of their own growth.With the continuous expansion of the sales of the enterprise,the performance management system of the enterprise has gradually become unable to adapt to the requirements of the company's own development and has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the performance management of a small size private enterprise,FH Company as an example.Firstly,it conducts enterprise diagnosis on the specific situation of FH company.In the research method,it adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey,expert consultation method and interview method.The situation of the company has been sorted and analyzed.It is found that the current shortcomings of FH's performance management are mainly: the orientation of performance appraisal is not clear,the performance evaluation index is single,and the performance target is determined arbitrarily.In order to keep the company's performance management up with its own business development,it is necessary to improve the performance management system,further increase the innovation and productivity of employees,and improve the company's core competitiveness.Through the comparative analysis of the industry data and self data,this paper believes that the main shortcomings of FH's performance appraisal are the imperfect performance management process and the lack of employees' ability and awareness to participate in performance management.The research intends to describe the overall situation of FH,and then propose solutions to improve the performance management of FH company,and give measures and suggestions to improve the performance management system of FH company.
