Research On The Virtue Of Participants In Sharing Economy

In a sense,the rapid development of the sharing economy has caused a subversive change in the original state of life,changing people's living habits and consumption patterns.After careful observation and analysis,we found that the shared economy actually has the same ethical connotations as the market economy.At the same time,as a new type of economic model,it inherently contains a special ethical implication.To make the sharing economy benign,we need not only to study it at the level of general ethics,but also to have a deeper understanding of the ethical qualities of this economic form in order to discover and cultivate good ethical qualities in this area.The development of the sharing economy is essentially aimed at excavation and meeting the needs of the public.Based on the Internet platform,it provides accurate and efficient real-time matching between supply and demand sides,integrates idle resources in the society,and improves the utilization of various resources.And create new use value.From the perspective of the ethical perspective,the different roles played by the government(herein referred to as government regulatory agencies,hereinafter referred to as the government),third-party platforms,service providers,and service demanders in the shared economy model have confirmed the role of each participating entity.We have found that subject consciousness,contract spirit,and public moral consciousness are the basic virtues that participants should possess.However,due to the differences in roles,the moral goals of all participants are also different.Further studies we have also seen,analyze and study the subject's moral requirements in the process of the development of the shared economy;analyze the insufficiency of the subject's virtue in reality and its consequences for the shared economy;the analysis leads to the subject's morality.The causes of the lack;combined with the characteristics of the development of the era,the various conditions of social reality,explore and cultivate and enhance the main character of each participant and so on.Studying and solving these problems should be an ethical responsibility and it is our original intention to engage in this research.The sharing economy has also exposed many problems in the development process.Whether it is in the areas of laws,regulations or management systems,it still needs to be improved.The focus of this paper's research is from the angle of ethics,and it is discussed as a participant in the sharing economy,that is,the government and the third party platform.The realization of the moral character of service providers and service demanders is also an important task for our research.The government agencies,as guardians of the shared economy,create an excellent environment for shared economy and guide the sustainable innovation of the shared economy,Overseeing the quality of shared economy services;third-party platforms,based on providing efficient and convenient technologies,should abide by their own professional conduct and protect the privacy of participants;As the leading part of the sharing economy,the service provider establishes the concept of modern corporate responsibility for serving the society,and pursues the efficiency of the enterprise.It should abide by social ethics and innovate new corporate culture.service demand as a promoter of the shared economy,it has a higher moral requirements,specifically in self-discipline,practice integrity,take responsibility And advancing civilization.
