In 1927,Japan planned to build five railways in Northeast China(Dunhua to Tumen,Changchun to Dalai,Jilin to Wuchang,Taonan to Solon,Yanji to Hailin)and had a long-term negotiation with the local government in Northeast China.The Railway built by Japan had a very serious security relationship with Northeast China,which aroused strong opposition from the people in Northeast China.The CPC Manchuria Provincial Committee also played an important role in the struggle against Japanese road protection.The role of transmission and Agitate.This road-preserving movement,triggered by the negotiation between Japan and northeastern warlord on the Manchuria—Mongolia New Five Railway Problem,has an important impact on the development of the situation in Northeast China and the whole country,and on the armed aggression launched by Japan against China.Based on the existing archives and research results,the author studies the movement of protecting railway rights in this period in four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of the movement to protect railway rights in Northeast China.Combining with the complex international environment in Northeast China,this paper combs several struggles caused by the loss of railway rights in modern times.To sort out the root causes of the Manchu-Mongolia New Five Railway Problem and analyze its historical roots and its importance to the security problems in Northeast China.This paper expounds Japan's Manchuria-Mongolia Railway Plan and Japan's early negotiations with Chang Tso-lin.The second chapter mainly discusses the competition between Japan and northeastern warlord centered on Railway rights.Starting with the development of self-built railway in Northeast China and its influence on the current situation,this paper analyses the contribution of private capital to railway construction and the importance attached by local governments in Northeast China to railway construction.On this basis,it analyses Zhang Xueliang's attitude towards Japan and its changing process after taking over the leadership of Northeast China.The third chapter mainly discusses the road-preserving activities of the Northeast people triggered by the negotiation of the five new railway treaties between Manchuria and Mongolia.Mainly from the industrial and commercial groups,student groups and the protection of railway activities of the Communist Party of China in Northeast China,this paper analyses the development of the protection of railway movement in Northeast China and the efforts made by various groups in Northeast China.Chapter IV mainly discusses the influence of the road-preserving movement in Northeast China on the development of Northeast China,Northeast Flag Replacement and the diplomacy between China and Japan.This paper analyses the important influence of the Northeast Railway Protection Movement in China at home and abroad.Although the campaign to protect railways prevented Japan from building railways in a short time,it failed to change the fate of the Northeast.After the rise of Japan's fascist forces,the failure of Japan's negotiation has also become an important reason for Japan's armed aggression against China.
