Primary school is the initial stage for students to accept English education,and it is also the key stage to lay a good foundation for students' English learning.In addition to cultivating students' language knowledge and skills,English classroom teaching is more important to form students' core qualities.Classroom management,as an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of primary school English classroom teaching,can also improve students' interest in learning,enhance their learning ability and improve classroom teaching effect.It plays a vital role in the cultivation of students' core competence in English subject.It is worth discussing how the current situation of primary school English classroom management is and whether it can help the formation of students' core literacy.This study takes primary school English classroom management from the perspective of cultivating students' core competence as the research object.It mainly conducts in-depth research on primary school English classroom management through literature,classroom observation,interviews and questionnaires.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the reason,purpose and significance of the topic.On the basis of combing a large number of relevant literature,it defines the core concepts and determines the research ideas and directions.The second part is based on the characteristics of primary school English classroom management from the perspective of discipline core literacy training.Based on the analysis of core literacy and subject core literacy,this paper puts forward the characteristics of primary school English classroom management from the perspective of cultivating subject core literacy.The third part is an investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school English classroom management from the perspective of discipline core literacy cultivation.This paper introduces the basic situation ofthe sample schools,explains the research tools and process,focuses on the analysis of the results,and probes into the problems existing in the current primary school English classroom management from the perspective of the cultivation of core discipline literacy.The fourth part is the primary school English classroom management strategy based on the perspective of discipline core literacy training.In view of the problems found in the study,from the perspective of cultivating core competence of disciplines,this paper puts forward some strategies for optimizing classroom management,such as renewing teachers' classroom management concepts,forming a democratic and respectful classroom,creating a good classroom situation and forming a harmonious classroom atmosphere,improving teachers' classroom management methods and improving classroom management efficiency.Through the above research,we try to provide a reference for primary school English classroom management from the perspective of discipline core literacy cultivation.
