In order to adapt to the needs of Chinese teaching and book compilation, the Chinese Language and Character Working Committee in January 1988 developed the "Modern Chinese Common Word List".The "Modern Chinese Word List" is divided into 2500 common words and 1000 commonly used words. The common words in modern Chinese are of great significance in our life, culture, teaching and other processes. This thesis takes 2500 Chinese characters commonly used in modern Chinese as the research object. It mainly wants to judge whether the 2500 Chinese characters commonly used in modern Chinese conform to the Chinese phonetic change law through the comparative analysis of "Guang Yun" and modern Mandarin. The law of sound changes explains the exceptions that do not conform to the laws governing the evolution of ancient and modern sounds,in order to provide a certain reference for the compilation or revision of Chinese characters and dictionaries, especially the words and dictionaries of ancient and modern sounds;for Chinese characters, especially for speech specifications. The work provides a certain foundation;it provides certain scientific basis and academic support for solving the problems of pronunciation and tuning of polyphonic polysemous words, different reading words, literary idioms, dialect words, etc.involved in the phonetic specification. The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the research status, research objects, research contents, research significance and research methods of common Chinese characters. The main content of the second chapter is based on "Guang Yun",which divides the common Chinese characters into "Guang Yun" 1 sound,"Guang Yun" 2 sounds,"Guang Yun" 3 sounds,"Guang Yun" 4 sounds,"Guang Yun" 5 sounds,"Guang Yun" 6 sounds and "Guang Yun" do not have the common categories of major categories, and a list of modern Chinese common words read from "Guang Yun" to modern Mandarin evolution Detailed interpretation. The main content of the third chapter is the preliminary analysis of the reasons for the increase and decrease of the ancient and modern sounds in the common Chinese characters, the reasons for the sound changes of the special sound-changing words and the historical sound changes, and the historical sounds of the common words not recorded in Guangyun.Change the situation.Among them, the reasons for the reduction of ancient and modern sounds in common Chinese characters include “affected by common sounds”,“disappearance of meaning”,“indistinguishable meaning”,“overlapping of different pronunciations”,“norm of foreign characters”,etc.;The reasons for the increase include “addition of sound changes in different historical periods”,“grammaticalization”,“borrowing for other morphemes”,“meaning ambiguity”,“literary reading”,“retention of ancient sounds”,“avoidance”,etc. The causes of special sound changes mainly include "avoidance","affected by commonly used simultaneous words","affected by commonly used radicals","affected by foreign characters","the illusion of irregular evolution caused by the evolution of glyphs" ","affected by homographs","affected by synonyms","affected by dialects","affected by proverbs","reservation of ancient sounds",etc. The fourth chapter is to summarize the full text, and try to give some phonetic suggestions to the words and dictionaries of the ancient and modern sounds. As for the question of how to pronounce the ancient sounds in the words with irregular sound changes, the author believes that the annotation of ancient and modern sounds should not only reflect the systematic nature of the relationship between sound and meaning, but also reflect the historical nature of the evolution of sound and meaning. Therefore,in addition to the need to indicate the anti-cut in "Guang Yun",it is also necessary to indicate the relevant rhyme book or book in the book corresponding to the modern pronunciation.
