As an important part of the emotional field, anxiety has received more and more attention from researchers. The relationship between state anxiety and cognitive system has become a research hotspot.Researchers have revealed which parts of the cognitive system affect anxiety.A recombination pattern of anxiety in the brain, but the negative impact on how to suppress anxiety on cognitive processing has not yet formed a systematic theory. In the study of state anxiety, attention systems have received much attention. However, previous studies of state anxiety and attention systems have focused on the damage of state anxiety to attention control systems, and less on the impact of attention control systems on state anxiety.Top-down goal-oriented system enhancement will promote visual search efficiency and attention capture, form a psychological set and prepare for processing, improve individual processing efficiency,top-down goal-oriented system may inhibit state anxiety. Therefore, this study adopts the fear trauma film paradigm to induce the state anxiety of the subjects to investigate the influence of state anxiety on the cognitive system, and to explore how to suppress the damage of anxiety processing to cognitive processing by changing the individual's attention control system.Experiment 1 mainly examines the impact of state anxiety on cognitive processing. The experimental procedure is to first use the visual search task to examine and record the visual working memory scores of the subjects in a calm state and the visual working memory scores when there are distractions in the calm state, and then wake up the subjects through the fear trauma film.State anxiety, using visual search tasks to examine and record visual work memory scores of subjects under state anxiety and in the presence of distractions. The experimental results show that the main effect of state anxiety is significant, and the response of the subject under state anxiety is significantly longer than that of the subject in the calm state;the main effect of the distraction stimulus is significant, indicating that the response of the distraction stimulus is significant. It is longer than the response when distraction stimulation doesnot exist;the interaction between state anxiety and distraction stimulation is significant, and further simple effect analysis finds that in the absence of distraction stimulation, the subjects' performance under the state of calm and anxiety The difference was not significant;when the distraction stimulus existed, the subjects' performance under anxiety was significantly lower than that in the calm state. The results showed that compared with the calm condition, the subjects under state anxiety had longer time for visual search, and the visual work memory scores were worse. When the distraction was not present, the subjects were anxious when there was distraction. The results in the state were significantly lower than those in the calm state;when there was no distraction, the difference between the scores in the calm state and the anxiety state was not significant. The results indicate that anxiety impairs the individual's inhibitory function, reduces the performance of visual working memory, and is not conducive to inhibiting the cognitive process of activation of distracting stimuli.Experiment 2 mainly investigates the influence of target-oriented systems on state anxiety. The experimental procedure is to first let the subject watch the fear trauma film induced state anxiety, and then let the subject remember the memorization project to enhance the top-down attention control system, and finally use the paradigm measurement of the combination of visual search task and suppression task. The cognitive processing efficacy of the subjects under state anxiety. The behavioral results showed that the main effect of attention control was significant, and the response under target-oriented conditions was significantly shorter than that under stimulus-directed conditions;the interaction between state anxiety and attention control was significant, and further simple analysis found that under calm conditions, subjects There is no significant difference between the wireless cable pointing, the effective clue pointing, the invalid clue pointing, and the underlying reaction;under the anxiety condition, the subject's response when the wireless cable is pointing is significantly lower than the response when the invalid clue is pointing. The response when the effective cue is directed is significantly lower than when the wireless cable is pointing. The results show that the top-down goal-oriented system can promote the cognitive processing efficiency of individuals under anxiety when they are effectively pointing to the target, and reduce the individual's visual working memory performance when misdirected. It involves the target-oriented system. The conversion with the stimulus drive system, while the anxiety-damaging suppression function alsodestroys the conversion function. In summary, this study found that the effect of state anxiety on cognitive processing is manifested in the behavioral outcome of the destruction of the individual's central executive system, which also reduces the transfer function while destroying the inhibitory function; To a certain extent, inhibition of anxiety on cognitive processing damage, but only promoted when effective guidance.
