As one of the next image as the novels of the Ming and Qing Dynasties porlrayed characters,The Litigation Masters' image is unique scenery line of characters in ancient Chinese novels.As a kind of occupation of the social group,litigation masters' emergence,development and prosperity are closely related to the cultural atmosphere,the legal system and the commercial economy of ancient China.The Litigation Masters' image depicted rich and colorful in the novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties is mirror life in ancient society Chinese litigation masters group.The thesis,through the methods of literature survey,close reading of texts and classification and comparison,analyzes the litigation masters' image in the fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties,which is an effort for exploring in depth the actual condition of the litigation masters' images and the reason behind it.Exploring the image portray of Litigation Masters' character and analysis of the specific causes of it in the novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties.Besides the introduction and conclusion,the thesis is divided into three chapters:The introduction mainly sorts out the literature review and the current researching status of litigation masters' image in the fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties.The concept of the litigation master is interdisciplinary and therefore peculiar for at least in literature and law fields.The most research on the litigation master is within the realm of jurisprudence while little is done from the view of literatures.For there exist the conditions of the shortage of material,the scattered study and lack of systematic study in the view of literatures research,this topic is left with a large research space for further study.The first chapter is taking typical texts describing litigation masters' image amongst fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties for example that the first chapter discusses the three main types of litigation masters' image depicted in fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties which are respectively litigation masters who commit all kinds of evil,litigation masters who are inordinately proud of their abilities and those who stick to their last and the first chapter also typically analyzes the litigationactivity and the behavioral characteristic of the three types.The second chapter aims to discuss the main techniques used in molding litigation masters' image in fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties which mainly includes imprinting character appellation,allegorical appearance depiction,expressive psychology approach and categorized behavioral characteristic.By using a variety of methods,characteristics of litigation masters' image is more three-dimensional and rich presentationThe third chapter primarily aims at the analysis of the causes of litigation masters' image in fictions of Qing and Ming dynasties.It dissects the internal causes of litigation masters' image in fictions of Qing and Ming dynasties from cultural institution,objective reality and subjective tendency.Through the comparison reflect the similarities and differences between litigation masters' image in novels and litigation master in reality.The conclusion mainly discusses the features litigation masters' image molded in fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties and its relation with Chinese narration of characters as well as the insufficiency and defect on the molding of litigation masters' image in fictions of Ming and Qing dynasties.At the end of this thesis appends the article A Chart of the Image of the Litigation Masters in the Fictions of Ming and Qing Dynasties.This is the writing source of this thesis to fully show the overall situation of litigation masters' image in Ming Qing novels.
