The booming development of computer technology,artificial intelligence and the promotion of national policy lead to the use of automatic essay scoring system(AESS)gradually.The use of AESS is transforming gradually from correcting "written communication" of large English test to assisting practical language teaching,helping teachers to provide instant,comprehensive and scientific feedback to students,helping students with their autonomous writing exercise,and developing students' interest and confidence to writing.Nowadays the reliability and validity of AESS is broadly investigated,however,the amount of the research focusing on the practical process which applying AESS to English writing teaching feedback is not large,and there are quite few researches which directing teachers to use AESS to assist their English writing teaching specifically,and proposing specific applying strategy.Therefore,the research on the problem depicted above was carried out,in order to provide high school English teachers with The Cool Sentence Correcting Network supported mix feedback strategy for high school English writing teaching.Through analyzation the author found that the Cool Sentence Correcting Network has advantages such as shorter feedback time,careful feedback content,unlimited feedback times,widely shared feedback results,etc.A study was carried out among 2 months for Class 9,Grade 1 in H Senior High School of Han Zhong city by the author,a Professional Master of modern education technology,with the method of literature research,investigation research,design based research adopted.Based on students' learning situation analysis and the advantages of the Cool Sentence Correcting Network,the author designed three rounds of writing teaching feedback practices.After each round of practice,introspection was carried out to find out problems,then next round of practice was optimized.Students' composition quality comparison analysis of three rounds of practices was carried out.Through practice research the author found that:automatic essay scoring system performs well in form feedback and it supports repeated modification which can improvethe students' writing interest and confidence as well as encourage students to develop good writing habits;but its mechanical feature limits its feedback performance on the theme andstructure;teacher feedback can reach the ideological content,structure which machine cannot do,but it is much inferior to computer correcting in efficiency,carefulness and deepness.The author considered that when applying the Cool Sentence Correcting Network to support the senior high school English writing feedback,teacher should combine teacher feedback and the Cool Sentence Correcting Network 's feedback in a reasonable way,the students' composition feedback should be accomplished by both the Cool Sentence Correcting Network and teacher.Based on the conclusion and introspection of three rounds of practice,the Cool Sentence Correcting Network supported mix feedback strategy in senior high school writing teaching was proposed by the author:(1)Students should be trained to use the Cool Sentence Correcting Network,including writing online and dealing with feedback information.(2)Teachers should add teacher feedback in the Cool Sentence Correcting Network,including adding feedback information on content and structure of students' compositions,checking and correcting unreasonable feedback,providing personal composition comments.(3)Teachers should use composition feedback data from the Cool Sentence Correcting Network to induce students to rethink their writing processes,including using the Cool Sentence Correcting Network to carry out composition pair comparison,inducing student to check and rethink their "growth track of writing".(4)Teachers improve their writing teaching plan by using the feedback formation of the Cool Sentence Correcting Network.
