The Exploration Of Humanistic Spirit In Contemporary Chinese Watercolor Art

Watercolor painting art,as one of the most rapid-developing kind in contemporary Chinese art,after 100 years of vicissitudes,seeking reforms in development,and innovations in tradition,tries to learn and absorb mutually during the integration of Chinese and Western cultures,and begins to diversify,and gradually developed into a kind of watercolor art with Chinese characteristics.From numerous works of the current exhibition,we find that many artists only confined in the aspect of using the method of western traditional painting so that there is less and less excellent works which can make us memorable and produce spiritual resonance.The development problem of watercolor art is a ideological problem,so this thesis tries to explore the humanistic spirit of the contemporary Chinese watercolor art under the influence of the current multi-cultures and various ideological trends.This article uses the study of Chinese contemporary watercolor art as research field and Hunan and Hubei watercolor art as the key case study which mainly from explaining the connotation of humanistic spirit,so as to study the concentrated expressions of humanistic spirit in the contemporary Chinese watercolor art: characteristics of times?regions and individual expressions,and explore the meaning of humanistic spirit in contemporary watercolor art.The article starts from the following three points:First,from the perspective of humanistic spirit the author mainly analyzes the understanding of humanistic spirit in different background between the East and the West,and explores the difference and characteristic of times of the understanding of "people",so as to put forward that the humanistic spirit is developing with the development of the times.The author points out that the humanistic spirit of contemporary China is the sum of the "humanism" of Western advanced culture and the "humanistic spirit" of Chinese traditional culture,which has a connotation with eastern local characteristics in new era.First,from the perspective of humanistic spirit the author mainly analyzes the understanding of humanistic spirit in different background between the East and the West,and explores the difference and characteristic of times of the understanding of "people",so as to put forward that the humanistic spirit is developing with the development of the times.The author points out that the humanistic spirit of contemporary China is the sum of the "humanism" of Western advanced culture and the "humanistic spirit" of Chinese traditional culture,which has a connotation with eastern local characteristics in new era.Third,this thesis analyzes the meaning of humanistic spirit in watercolor art,proposes how to how to strengthen the meaning of humanistic spirit which given in the watercolor creation.This shows the author's thinking in the level of contemporary social spirit,which highlights the artist's social responsibility,social value and individual value.In conclusion,the author find that the development of contemporary Chinese watercolor art is not simply confined in the visual impact of the work's surface and skills and techniques of expressions,but to urge the artist pursuing the spirit of the times,in essence,to resonate with people's spirit,that is,humanistic spirit.This paper is based on the social reality,people's development,living environment,spiritual world.
