With the advancement of educational information,the globalization of educational resources,the individuation of teaching,and the autonomy of learning have become an inevitable trend.Since 2012,the large-scale online courses(MOOCs)have become a global phenomenon.However,because of the high cost,high registration rate,and low rate of adoption,a new style of small-scale private online courses has emerged quietly.SPOC.SPOC combines MOOC teaching mode with traditional university classroom teaching mode,which is the real value of online education in college campus.As a hybrid learning model,SPOC not only retains the concept of open education in MOOC and advanced teaching design ideas,but also combines the advantages of face-to-face classroom teaching,thus providing learners with a complete learning experience and ensuring the quality of teaching.However,the author finds that the following problems exist on the SPOC platform of colleges and universities: First,the learning resources on the platform is short and update slowly;second,the frequency of use of students is not high,and the duration is short;third,the interaction of teachers and students is not timely,the construction of curriculum resources is relatively single;the fourth is a single evaluation method,which can not meet the needs of evaluation of different nature disciplines.The reasons are as follows: First,teachers aren't pay enough attention to the platform;Second,students lack good habits of self-learning,and their learning passion is not high.Third,the evaluation method is single and requires multiple evaluation.In order to solve the above problems and improve the teaching quality of SPOC in colleges,the author consults both domestic and foreign SPOC classics case studies and online learning evaluation literature,and draws on their research experience.Using the MOOC video of "The Psychology of Happiness" built by the teachers team of Jiangxi Normal University school of Psychology.Relying on the Pan-Ya teaching platform,we designed and built the curriculum resources of "Happiness Psychology",and conducted instructional design and formative evaluation scheme design for the SPOC hybrid teaching model.Finally,we conducted practical research on the SPOC hybrid teaching model.After 15 weeks of teaching practice,the following conclusions were drawn through the comparative analysis of the test results of the experimental class and the contrast class,as well as the student's online learning behavior statistical analysis and student work situation's analysis.First,the SPOC teaching model is applicable to colleges and universities in practice.The author carried out SPOC practice research in conjunction with the "Psychology of Happiness" practical activity curriculum,and compared with the traditional classroom teaching practice results,SPOC teaching practice has achieved good teaching results.Secondly,through the use of the formative evaluation of the SPOC teaching in the experimental group,it is concluded that the implementation of the formative assessment program under the SPOC teaching model can effectively improve the students' participation in the classroom and the degree of interaction.At the same time,the information in the formative assessment process can be gave feedback to teachers,teachers can recognize the inadequacies of their own teaching and the current teaching effects and improve them,so as to better improve the effect of “teaching” and “learning”,so that teachers and students can make progress together.Thirdly,by comparing the questionnaire before and after the test group(using formative assessment)and the control group(using summative assessment),the happiness index of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control group(the results of the previous test were not significant,and the posttest The results are significant.Therefore,it is necessary to use the formative evaluation in the practical courses of activity such as the "Psychology of Happiness" in colleges and universities.Compared with the traditional summative assessment,formative assessment can promote the learning effect of students.
