The Study On Cultural Openness Ideology Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Looking back on the past 40 years of history,through the resolute reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in economy,politics and culture,the overall national strength has been greatly improved,the international status and international influence are also increasing day by day.The practice of reform and opening up for nearly 40 years has proved to us that closure leads to backwardness and openness to progress.Therefore,in order to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese culture and build a socialist cultural power,we must always adhere to the cultural opening.Since the establishment of the world market,which made the world a whole,all kinds of cultural exchanges and interactions have never stopped.In the global cultural field,the cultures of various countries and nations have abandoned the closed and conservative past and participated in the international cultural dialogue with an open attitude.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,the Communist Party of China's cultural openness ideology has been deeply expanded into the field of cultural opening,during which it leadsthe people in the process of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,based on the above-mentioned background of the times.The positive practice of continuously improving the level of cultural openness,and in the process a series of correct views and theoretical systems about the practice of cultural openness has been formed.This thought is based on human's correct understanding of cultural openness in the past,and has been maturing with the practice of socialist culture construction and cultural opening with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up,and will be in the future practice of eternal development,continuous deepening.The purpose of this paper is to scientifically analyze the historical process of the development of the Party's cultural openness thoughts since the reform and opening up,and to deepen the understanding of the core meaning and logical path of the Party's cultural openness thoughts since the reform and opening up.And through revealing the Marxist theory implication of the cultural opening thought,the historical inheritance of the Party's cultural open thought is clarified,so as to excavate the value and significance of the cultural opening thought in the times.And provide a more rational knowledge support in the new era to improve the level of culturalopenness.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,it mainly expounds the research object,the reason of selecting the topic,the research method,the innovation and the research present situation,and evaluates the achievement and the insufficiency of the academic circles at home and abroad to the open research of the Communist Party of China culture.The second chapter mainly discusses the conditions for the emergence and development of the Party's cultural openness thought since the reform and opening up.Since the reform and opening up,the cultural opening proposed by the Party is not born out of thin air.Its formation first absorbed Marx,Engels,Lenin and other Marxist classical theorists in the cultural theory of classical description and directly inherited Mao Zedong's cultural openness;Secondly,the strategy of raising the level of cultural openness is based on the accurate grasp of the trend and the requirements of the times.The third chapter mainly discusses the historical course of the Party's cultural opening thought since the reform and opening up.The course is mainly divided into four stages,from the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee to the exploratory stage of the 14 th National Congress.The Party has formed theories such as the adaptation of the opening up to the outside world to spiritual civilization,which clarifies people's ideological doubts about cultural openness.The thought of cultural opening began to sprout;From the beginning stage of the 14 th National Congress to the 16 th National Congress,the Party has formed a series of thoughts,such as the combination of advanced culture,cultural innovation and cultural opening.From the16 th National Congress to the mature stage of the 18 National Congress,the Party formed a series of strategies,such as cultural power,cultural soft power construction,and formally put forward the idea of cultural openness;From 18 to now,the Party has formed a deep combination of cultural self-confidence,core values and cultural openness,and further developed the thought of cultural openness.The fourth chapter discusses in detail the basic contents of the Party's cultural opening thought since the reform and opening up from the four aspects of position and function,nature and direction,goal and task,policy and principle.The main contents are: since the reform and opening to the outside world,the Party's cultural openness is an important part of deepening the reform in an all-round way and an important point to enhance the overall national strength.The whole process of theopening up of Chinese culture under the guidance of Marxism;The all-round development of human beings is the goal of cultural opening up and so on.The last chapter mainly discusses the historical turning point of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering into the new era,how to base itself on the characteristics and needs of the times,and how to continue to develop the concrete path of the Party's cultural opening thought in the practice of the new era.This paper puts forward the point of view that the system of cultural opening in the new era should be constructed well,the strategy of cultural opening in the new era should be well coordinated,and the environmental construction of the cultural opening in the new era should be done well.
