The Study On Party’s Cultural Construction Since Reform And Opening Up

With the development of globalization,the connection between culture 、politics and economy has become closer. Culture as a portraiture of social mode of production and lifestyle, carring a nation’s history and manner, is the symbol of the national cohesion, unity,and creativity. Today.This thesis based on the theory and practice of cultural construction since the reform and opening-up, consulting a lot of literature,using the method of combining theory with practice, summarizes the main practical challenges that the Party’s cultural construction faces, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to promote the contemporary Chinese cultural construction. This thesis elaborates the following five parts.The first part traces the cultural construction thought and theory since the reform and opening-up. which has profound theoretical origin, and is the inheritance and innovation for Marxism-Leninism and Maoism.The second part tells about the development of the party’s cultural construction theory since the reform and opening-up, including the thought of Deng Xiaoping about cultural construction,as well as the innovation and development of the new session of central collective leadership taking the 14 th, 16 th,18th as the representative.All of these play very important roles on our current cultural construction.The third part tells about the party’s cultural construction achievements. including five aspects: building socialist core value system, forming the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,comprehensively promoting the reform of cultural system,the cultural industry speeding up and growing strength, forming a multi-level and wide-ranging cultural exchanges pattern with the outside world.The forth part describes the challenges that the cultural construction faces in the new era, including domestic and foreign challenges. Today, the globalization of economy and information accelerates the communication and fusion between different cultures, but simultaneously bringing more contradictions and conflicts.The fifth part puts forward some countermeasures about the real problems of cultural construction for our country, hoping those can give some impetus for the cultural construction.
