The logical atomism is the result of Russell's principle that logic is the essence of philosophy. The core concepts of logical atomism are atomic facts and atomic propositions. For example,is there a problem in negating the facts? If the existence of facts is denied,in what way does it exist? If the negative facts do not exist, how to solve the problem of the value of the negative proposition which we often mentioned? Russell himself stressed that incompatibility can only be at the level of propositions, not at the level of facts,at the same time,he stressed that all propositions correspond to positive propositions. Then the question arises: does the inconsistency at the level of propositions and the negation of facts need to be related? This article combs the context around these issues, interpretation of different views of the text, analysis and comparison, trying to come to their own views. This paper argues that negative facts should exist and that isomorphism can be established between atomic facts and atomic propositions. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly puts forward the origin of the problems in the isomorphism between proposition and fact in Russell's atomism philosophy, the present research situation at home and abroad, the corresponding research methods and the text structure of the thesis. The second chapter discusses the definition, logical structure and types of propositions.Russell's definition of proposition shows three basic views: one is that proposition is the way to refer to the fact that makes it true or false,or that proposition is the carrier of true value, and the other is that proposition is symbol and can contain incomplete symbol; The third is that the word "proposition" can express anything other than the form of the word.Propositions are expressed by several different words or one sentence.Russell divides propositions into levels: atomic propositions and complex propositions. An atomic proposition is defined as a proposition with one simple verb,so a proposition with two or more verbs is a complex proposition. The third chapter discusses the definition, logical structure and types of facts.Russell's "fact" refers to the kind of thing that makes a proposition true or false, and nothing alone can make any statement or proposition true or false. It is only when something has a certain property or property,or when it has a relationship with other things, that it expresses a fact, but it is not that the thing that has a certain attribute or relationship is a fact. The formal logical structure of facts is term and relation.Thesimplest fact is actually the investigation of the nature of things and the fact of a relationship between the two facts, collectively referred to as the atomic fact. There are complex facts, but there are no molecular facts. There can also be a division between positive and negative facts, general facts and existential facts. The fourth chapter discusses the logical isomorphism between proposition and fact.Russell believes that atomic facts can correspond to atomic facts, but molecular propositions do not correspond to individual facts(or molecular facts).Russell holds that although there are many verbs in the belief proposition of the complex proposition,it expresses a single fact.Such complex propositions are not reduced to atomic facts in the same way as molecular propositions.Chapter five discusses the problem of negating the existence of facts. This chapter mainly discusses Russell's response to the question of negation of the facts, although not very successful, but also have merit.Russell believes that the denial of facts is ultimate and irreducible, and that it is a necessary condition for incompatibility: if there is no negative facts, incompatibility can not exist.
