Ethical Examination Of Citizens' Environmental Obligations

The research on the civic environmental obligations is based on the fundamental problems of human survival and development.It aims to improve the civic environmental quality.Through the theoretical analysis of the civic environmental obligations,this paper puts forward some concrete and feasible ways to cultivate environmental quality,In order to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and environment.Starting from the concept of discrimination,this paper analyses the basic content and characteristics of citizens'environmental obligations,and finally tries to point out the cultivation of citizens' environmental obligations.The study of environmental obligations is from the perspective of environmental citizens.When citizens face environmental crisis and survival and development,how to fulfill environmental obligations and how to unify environmental rights and obligations,so as to illustrate the relationship and transformation between these concepts and categories by studying the internal contradictions.The fulfillment of citizens'environmental obligations provides theoretical support.The research on citizen's environmental obligation mainly starts from private life and public life,and demonstrates the inherent moral principles and value pursuit of citizen's environmental obligation by combining public morality and private morality.Citizens'environmental obligations are different in different areas of life.Generally speaking,the behavior in the private sphere depends on citizens' private morality,while the behavior in the public sphere depends on public morality.Environmental obligation is a comprehensive concept,which has both ethical and legal attributes.Understanding citizens'environmental obligation should also proceed from these two perspectives.Because there are not many specific and feasible legal provisions on citizens'environmental obligations in our country,the realization of environmental obligations is possible,depending on citizens'consciousness.To cultivate citizens'awareness of the environment,we need to cultivate environmental ethics through education,improve citizens' environmental quality and standardize various practical activities.The study of the civic environmental obligations can not be limited to the normative setting.The most important thing is to go out of the normative boundary.This involves the improvement of the overall environmental quality of citizens.Although there is no obligation to make regulation,or there aresome areas where obligations can not be covered.In this case,however,citizens can also consciously care for the environment,to be a citizen with ecological personality.
