| Classmate Haihua 412 is an oil painting creation themed by my schoolmate in the studio,which learns from the painting style of Gerhard Richter.I often use the smudge in the creative process of transition and conceal errors in the work,this kind of expression that present a blur and Richter’s artistic style is very similar,under the teacher’s advice,I started to study on Richter artistic style,in-depth study and analysis of Richter’s work after I finished graduate works and papers from which is inspired.Richter is a versatile artist who works on a wide variety of subjects.Therefore,in this paper,I only selected the works related to my painting theme for interpretation.Through the analysis of the works,I summarized some characteristics of Richter’s "ambiguity" as an artistic language,as well as the unexpected and accidental phenomena in his painting creation.In the process of painting creation,I combined these conclusions with my own practice to explore my own painting language and style. |
