| Gerhard Richter is one of the most influential painters in Germany and the world today,and his "photo painting" opened a new chapter in contemporary painting art.Throughout his artistic history,Richter used a variety of painting techniques or different media for artistic creation,whether it is figurative painting,abstract painting or installation art;or realistic creation based on photographic photos and minimalist abstract painting style,is a rich brushstroke in the history of contemporary art.This paper hopes to understand and grasp the characteristics of Richter’s painting style more deeply through the study of Richter’s painting art,and apply this to the author’s painting creation.This article starts from the analysis of Richter’s photographic painting form,through researching and learning its style characteristics,integrating and transforming itself,and integrating the summed up techniques,experiences and ideas into personal creative practice.The thesis discusses from three aspects:first,summarizes Richter’s artistic experience,and focuses on the style characteristics of the photo-painting period;secondly,on the basis of summarizing Richter’s painting experience,it discusses the photo The influence of painting form on "Travel · Dream",including the influence on the conception and practice in the creation,and from the perspective of composition,color,technique and emotion to explain the creation of the "Travel·Dream" series,finally,it expounds the insights and inspirations obtained in the process of creation of the works.Through the study of Richter’s painting art,it has a profound positive significance for the improvement and transformation of the author’s painting techniques,color expression,and painting ideas. |
