Image And Contrast In Chinese Painting

Meticulous flower-and-bird painting has a long history of thousands of years.It is one of the important schools of Chinese traditional painting and the treasure of Chinese national art and culture.Traditional meticulous flower-and-bird painting has been baptized for a long time,showing people the artistic style and charm of different times.In the context of today's era,the integration of Chinese and Western cultures has also led to the development and progress of meticulous painting.With the continuous improvement of people's aesthetic needs,the form of the picture is no longer single,and the content becomes more rich and novel.On the premise of inheriting the traditional meticulous flower-and-bird painting,innovation and change have been launched.Fortunately,during my postgraduate study,I was led by my tutor to conduct a field trip and sketch in Xishuangbanna Botanical Garden for more than two months,and gained rich experience.In this paper,the tropical rainforest flowers and plants as the research object,from the perspective of image in Chinese painting,do a further image comparison.First of all,through the analysis of Su Baijun's works,this paper talks about its impact on my creation.Secondly,it describes my sketching and creative process,and the image modelling concept reflected in the creation,from three aspects of space relationship,line processing,color application.Finally,combined with this creation,some inspiration and experience gained from it are discussed.
