The Study On The Image Of "Still Life" In The Fine Brushwork Flowers And Birds Painting

Chinese painting is focused on freehand,while Western painting tend to be realistic.However,there are similar intersections between them.The constant collision between tradition and modernity provide a richer space for the expression of fine brushwork flower and bird painting.The organic integration of content,concept and skill make the "Still Life"image in fine brushwork flower and bird painting more and more worthy of study.In this paper,the "Peaceful" series uses the point and face to discuss the "Still Life" image which created by the author.Firstly,the source of "Still Life" and the different understandings of the word in China and the West are elaborated.Secondly,we sort out the embody of the image of "Still Life" that happened in the painting of flowers and birds.Finally,the application of the "Still Life" image in my creation is elaborated from two aspects: composition form and color performance.
