A Research On Safeguarding Practice Of Liaocheng Acrobatics

Liaocheng Acrobatics is an important part of Chinese Acrobatics and a unique way of performing traditional Chinese folk arts.It plays an important role in promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese AcrobaticsLiaocheng Acrobatics was born and developed in Liaocheng city,Shandong province.Its basic skill has lumbar work,leg work,handstand work and somersault,have rough and heroic local style.Liaocheng Acrobatics from generation to generation.It is not only a social practice for local people to keep healthy,interact and enrich their daily life,but also one of the important ways for people to perform in the street and expand the income channels of traditional farming economy and society.On May 20,2006,with the approval of the state council,Liaocheng Acrobatics was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.Taking the safeguard of intangible cultural heritage as the research perspective,this paper uses the relevant theories and methods of anthropology,folklore,sociology and art to write from five parts.The first part makes a summary of the community,basic classification,components and industry belief of Liaocheng Acrobatics,and on this basis deeply analyzes the environment in which it is conceived and developed.The second part takes Liaocheng Acrobatics' Actor,performance practice and intergenerational inheritance as the starting point to sort out the rheological phenomenon of Liaocheng Acrobatics and analyze its rheology.The third part summarizes the social function and heritage value of Liaocheng Acrobatics.The fourth and fifth parts,on the basis of summarizing the safeguard experience of Liaocheng Acrobatics,analyze its predicament and put forward the safeguard countermeasures and suggestions for this heritage project.
