An Analysis Of The Artistic Style And Singing Practice Of Tosti's ArtSong"tormento"

Renowned Chinese and foreign composer Tosti is a representative of the Romantic era.He wrote nearly 400 songs throughout his life,and these songs have a very high artistic value.His works include Italian,French and English.Born in Italy and highly praised by the British royal family.The melody of his works is very romantic,both Napoli-style songs,there are many popular songs with the theme of salon music,is popular among many singers.This paper selects a little-known song“tormento”in Tosti's art songs as the object of research and discussion.From the perspective of Tosti' s life and experience,he explores the Tosti art song“tormento”.Creative style and analysis of singing practice.The reason why this song was chosen as the title of the thesis is because the song has a short span and belongs to big-line music,which is a very good track for beginner vocal students.At the begining stage of vocal music,no matter how the vocalization method or the emotional processing of the songs was not accurate enough,with the continuous deepening of the learning,I had a certain understanding of the composer's style,including the correct grasp of the strength and the correctness of the weakness.Handling,correct understanding of singing emotions and correct mastery of double consonants.Through the analysis and research of this thesis,I have made a summary of my own three-year postgraduate study experience and experience.At the same time,I hope this thesis can help vocal music learners and vocal lovers.
