On The Character Shaping Of "Jiuli" In The Original Little Dance Drama "Little Reunion"

In the literary adaptation of small dance drama,the shaping of character image is very important,because the character is standing in the dance works,which is related to the artistry,storytelling and emotional narration of the dance works.When portraying the characters in literary works,we should not only follow the main essence of literary works,but also adapt them to dance conditions.The theme of this paper is to explore the characterization of Jiuli in the small dance drama Little Reunion adapted from literature in the combination of theory and practice.It is divided into three parts: the first part is the lockout of the characters,which originates from the literary work "Little Reunion",and rebuilds the structure on the premise of obeying the original text and adapting to the dance conditions;the second part is to extract the dance vocabulary from all the internal and external factors that constitute the character Jiuli,capture the characters' emotions and refine it into the dance language;This paper expounds the use of compiling techniques such as "effectiveness" and "scheduling" in shaping the emotional narrative of Jiuli.Often the director does not create a character for a specific person.Although Jiuli is a fictitious image in the novel,Jiuli is a typical image,which symbolizes many women from ancient times to present.From the female perspective of the character Jiuli,the narrative and emotional process of the story is unfolded,the vocabulary of dance is refined,the characters are portrayed from the micro and macro perspective,the loneliness and helplessness of the female world are excavated,the roles and plot development of the characters from the female perspective are opened up,and the significance of real life is described.
