A Study On Yang Xi And His Poems

Yang Xi was a famous Taoist priest in the Eastern Jin Dynasty.There are 84 poems in existence.In the poetry circle of Wei and Jin Dynasties,Yang Xi's poetry occupies an important position.This paper will be based on the literary standard,combining with the relevant research results of religion and sociology,makes a comprehensive,detailed and in-depth analysis of Yang Xi's poetry.The article includes three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly combs the current research situation of Yang Xi's poetry,elaborates the significance of the topic selection,explains the key and difficult points of the research and research methods.There are four chapters in the main body.Chapter 1,Gives a comprehensive introduction to Yang Xi's life,friendship and poetry creation.Chapter 2,In-depth analysis of the ideological content and artistic characteristics of Yang Xi's poetry.This paper analyses the ideological content of Yang Xi's poems about immortals from five aspects: the combination of immortals and mortals,the entertainment of reverie,the pleasure of feasting and drinking,the sincerity of Buddhism and the interest of Buddhism.From the aspects of mysterious and romantic style,beautiful and elegant language and flexible and ingenious methods,this paper probes into the artistic features of Yang Xi's poems about immortals.Through the analysis of Yang Xi's four poems besides 80 immortal poems,such as Linquyin,Yanyao,Neijingzhenyan and Taipingjiuyan,we can grasp Yang Xi's poetry creation in an all-round way.Chapter 3,The author analyses the Wei and Jin Dynasty fashion embodied in Yang Xi's poems.Taking the influence of social fashion in Wei and Jin Dynasty on Yang Xi's poetry creation as a breakthrough point,this paper summarizes the drinking,eating and reclusion fashions in his immortal poems under specific historical circumstances.Chapter 4,Explores the immortal world in Yang Xi's poetry and its influence on later generations.Through in-depth excavation of Yang Xi's poetry on the immortal scene,the creation of immortal image,immortal life description,reveals Yang Xi'spoetry on the construction of the immortal world.It also outlines the influence of Yang Xi's poetry creation on later generations from two aspects: providing material for later generations' poetry creation and creating the motif of Xianzhen Jianjiang's poetry.In the concluding part of this paper,on the basis of summarizing the previous part,the necessity of researching Yang Xi and his poems is reinterpreted.
