Family socioeconomic status is one of the factors that affect children's reading comprehension.In some rural areas with poor economic conditions,some children have poor reading comprehension due to the influence of family economic conditions.Family socioeconomic status also affects working memory.Working memory plays a vital role in children's cognition.Many studies have shown that family socioeconomic status affects children's reading comprehension and working memory,but very much Less research explores the impact of individual internal mechanisms on reading comprehension.This study intends to explore the influence of family socioeconomic status on children's reading comprehension ability from the internal mechanism of individuals,and provide practical methods for improving the reading comprehension ability of children in this group.Although the quality of family economic conditions affects the working memory of children,training children's cognitive ability can improve their cognitive ability.Study 1 used 3-4 grade students as the participant,using SPSS21.0,using Pearson correlation analysis and Amos 17.0 to establish a structural equation model to explore the relationship between working memory in low family socioeconomic status and reading comprehension ability.The results show that there is a significant correlation between family socioeconomic status and working memory,there is a significant correlation between family socioeconomic status and reading comprehension ability,there is a significant correlation between working memory and reading comprehension ability,working memory is low family social economy.The status and the ability of reading comprehension play a full intermediary role,that is,after adding the working memory of the intermediary variable,the influence of family socioeconomic status on children's reading comprehension ability is not direct,but indirectly affects reading comprehension ability through mediation.In the 2 study,the fourth-grade students with low socioeconomic status of 30 families A 20-day verbal work memory training.The study found that through the20-day working memory training,compared with the control group,the working memory ability of the training group was significantly improved,and the training effect had a significant near migration effect on reading comprehension.The reading comprehension ability of children in the control group did not change significantly.The results of this study show that working memory plays a full mediating role between family socioeconomic status and reading comprehension ability;the training of working memory has a migration effect on reading comprehension ability.
