Research On Cultural Governance In Yunnan Border Areas

The study of cultural governance in border areas has certain practical significance.With the proposal of national governance system and governance capacity modernization,cultural governance plays an important role in national governance system.It is not only an important part of national governance system,but also determines the value orientation of national governance modernization.The cultural governance of border areas is an integral part of the governance of border areas.The study of cultural governance in border areas can provide a new thinking for border governance.In this paper,from the Angle of the frontier management modernization research in border areas in Yunnan cultural governance,logically divided into two parts,the first part was closely related to the concept of cultural governance,from the theoretical frontier culture governance culture connotation,the border management main body,content,target and way,the border region culture of governance based on system resources and the dominant value concept,tries to theoretically clarify these questions,as to provide theoretical basis for the border culture governance;The second part is the reality research,selection ofjin miao yao dai national minority autonomous county is located in the sino-vietnamese border Mengla town as a case,combined with cultural governance works in Mengla town of successful experience,this paper culture the role of governance in the border region,and according to the actual situation analysis of frontier problems of cultural governance,under the guidance of relevant theory to explore to solve these problems,efforts to improve the border region culture governance role.Concrete will be discussed through the following chapters:the introduction part emphatically reviews the academic research on culture management,on the basis of define to the concept of cultural governance,points out that the frontier management modernization needs to carry on multi-dimensional border management,cultural management is one of the important dimensions,its essence is to cultural governance,while,solid edge,managing culture for the development of the cause of border region culture is the direct purpose,provide rich cultural products,to improve the cultural quality of the border,to realize the permanent stability of the border region,ultimately serve the national governance,to maintain national stability and security of whole;Chapter two and chapter three are mainly theoretical researches.Chapter two solves the three problems of who should govern culture and the content and goal of cultural governance in border areas.The third chapter discusses the system resources and value idea of cultural governance,namely what kind of system policy and value idea to follow to manage the border culture;In chapter 4,Mengla town in the border area of China and Vietnam is selected as a case to explain the role of cultural governance in the border area.The last chapter focuses on these issues and explores the ways to improve the effect of cultural governance in border areas under the guidance of relevant theories.
