Organization,Decision,Action And Effect:Social Process Investigation Of ZhangJi Ancestral Temple Reconstruction

With the development of the countryside and the emphasis on traditional culture,more and more families have begun to rebuild their family memories.This paper analyzes the behavior of Zhang Ji's continuation and construction of the sequel,and analyzes its dissemination and construction practices.This paper uses participatory observation,interviews,case studies and other research methods to record the implementation process of the continuation and construction project in detail.It is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the background of Zhang Ji's continuation and construction project,the overall situation of the project..The second part analyzes the organizational structure of the continuation council,starting from the professional characteristics of the board members,and discusses the organizational structure of the continuation board and its impact on project execution and cultural reading.The third part interprets and analyzes the preparation of the "cultural reading book" and uses all the text materials in the project as a resource library.The fourth part explores the Council's use of mobilization as a publicity goal,how to use different media to encourage recognition and pressure to promote donations and promote project development.The last part is based on the above four parts of the project practice,and discusses the cultural changes and limited influences and effects embodied in the national discourse system.
