The Research On Securitization Of Box Office Revenue Assets In Cinema Industry

In recent years,with the development of China's economy,China's total economic output has leapt to the second place in the world,and people's living standards have been greatly improved.At the same time,with the acceleration of urbanization process,the people's purchasing power is continuously released,and the consumption capacity of young consumer groups is greatly improved.Under this background,cultural and entertainment industry has ushered in a rare opportunity for development.But at the same time,after years of rapid economic growth,China's economy has gradually changed the mode of economic development,focusing on the quality of economic development,and the competition within the cinema line industry is becoming increasingly fierce,with a hundred competing streams.If you want to remain invincible in the fierce industry competition and dominate,then having sufficient operating capital is the key to its success.The traditional financing channels of the film and Television Academy line industry are nothing more than bank loans,enterprise investment,fund financing,etc.But these traditional ways have a long cycle and slow effect.In the current competitive environment,they can no longer achieve perfect fit with enterprises.Therefore,the film and Television Academy line industry urgently needs a new financing way to solve the urgent need for enterprise funds.So film box office income asset securitization came into being at the historic moment.This paper chooses ‘stellar' Holdings issues asset securitization products based on box office revenue as a case study.Firstly,it elaborates the domestic and foreign research theories and achievements on asset securitization.Then it introduces the case of this study in detail.Specific plan risks and preventive measures,as well as the relevant parties of the special plan.After analyzing the data and charts,we find that the advantages of this product are: it can activate non-current assets to meet the demand for funds,reduce financing costs and financial risks,increase financing channels and shorten the cycle of funds;the problems are: the product lacks government policy follow-up,the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,the wind control mechanism of Securitization is imperfect,and so on.The related product design ability is weak.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the establishment of special laws and regulations on assetsecuritization of film industry,and the improvement of the design ability of asset securitization products of film industry.
