The state council put forward to optimize the allocatio n of financial resources and liquidize remnant assets.In this c ontext,with the constant dividend policies,asset securitization has become a new direction of financial markets since 2015.Asset securit ization has the characteristics of risk isolation and high degree of freedom of financing,which is a kind of flexible and convenient stru ctured financing tool.With the registration system and recording s ystem implementing,the development of the asset securitization has t rended to normalization.Asset securitization has expanded the scope of the underlying ass ets including intellectual property rights and other intangible asset s.It helps cultural industries financing using intellectual property right,box office,park gates and so on as underlying assets.Chinese film industry is one of the earliest industries applying this finan cial innovation tool in the cultural industry.Film industry has undertaken localized finance innovation based on the transaction struc ture of asset securitization.Theater chain has matured asset securi tization products appear and traded.In order to Find out the way of s tructured financing of cultural enterprises,this paper will select t he film industry as an example and make a research on securitization of intangible assets in cultural industry.At the same time,combined with foreign cases and experience,this paper will explore what the C hinese government should do in the process of asset securitization of cultural industries.
