With the CPC's strategic shift from countryside to city,and won three major battles in the early liberation days,recepting and managing city works becomes more and more important.What this article point that CPC took over Lanzhou city in the early days of liberation,and explores it.Specifically: it discusses the preparatory work done by the CCP to take over Lanzhou City,analyzes the grim situation and difficulties faced by Lanzhou City on the eve of the takeover,and establishes the completion of the various types of intelligence collected by the Communist Party of China in Lanzhou on the eve of liberation.The committee of the CPC,carrying out the protection of the factory and supporting the school,finally won the Lanzhou campaign and established the Lanzhou Military Control Committee.Then it discusses the main measures taken during Lanzhou City's takeover,from the destruction of the KMT's old regime,the establishment and consolidation of the people's democratic new regime,and the analysis and construction of Lanzhou after the takeover,and because of the special circumstances of Lanzhou,The national policy aspect was highlighted.Finally,it discusses the historical experience and significance of Lanzhou city takeover,and summarizes and refines it from the wholeheartedly uniting the masses,relying on the principles of the working class,respecting the customs and habits of ethnic minorities,and safeguarding national unity.The CCP carried out taking-over works successfully in the early days of liberation,which enabled Lanzhou to stabilized the living order quickly,restored the economy,united the ethnic minorities,and lay the foundation for the construction of the new Lanzhou.
