Chinese Youth Theme A Study On Two Sexual Relationships In TV Drama

Youth TV series is one of the most important themes of Chinese TV series.Its narrative style,story line,plot setting,character relationship,contradiction and conflict are close to the real life of Chinese young people.Love and marriage are very important emotional life for young people.Youth,inspiration,emotion and sex are the keywords of the youth TV series.It is particularly important to set up the image of men and women and to show the relationship between men and women.This paper takes gender as the breakthrough point,and explores the relationship between the sexes in youth TV series.The introduction part of the paper introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and innovative points of the paper.In the first chapter,starting from the relationship between youth-themed TV plays and gender relations,the development of youth-themed TV plays and the social and theoretical basis of gender relations in youth-themed TV plays are further explained.In the second chapter,starting from the theme content,narrative strategy,characters,pictures and music of youth-themed TV plays,the author further discusses the construction of gender relations in youth-themed TV plays.Chapter 3 discusses in detail the problems of flattening the gender image,confusion of values and lack of ethical and moral bottom line,the pervasion of sexual violence and the lack of sexual security in the narrative expression of youth-themed TV plays when presenting gender relations,and further analyses the causes of these problems as the dominance of national discourse in the field of gender,gender competition and the independence of female economy,and artistic creation.Innovation and change in the works,utilitarianism replacing humanistic idealism,changes in Popular Aesthetics and the influence of multi-path culture and art,the positive reflection of the pseudo-environment on social life,the communication responsibility of the mass media and so on.Chapter IV reflects on the improper performance of gender relations in youth-themed TV dramas from three aspects: deep-rooted traditional Chinese emotional concepts,the construction of gender image to be discussed,the education and guidance skills that TV art can not ignore;at the same time,it gives the corresponding countermeasures for the improper performance of gender relations in youth-themed TV dramas: deepening life,paying attention to reality,and mentioning.Improve aesthetic creativity;learn from foreign countries,based on the local,change creative ideas;improve laws and regulations,policy guidance,good creative direction.In short,as one of the most realistic TV dramas,youth TV plays are closely related to young people's real life in terms of setting up the image of young men and women and the performance of their sexual relationship.This paper takes campus drama,youth idol drama,workplace drama,urban emotional drama,youth inspiration drama and other youth-themed TV plays as texts to study the gender relationship in youth-themed TV plays.
