The Song Dynasty was a peak period in the manufacture of ancient Chinese porcelain. The number of ceramics exported was far more than the previous generation. The cultural impact brought by the export of porcelain in the Song Dynasty can provide a very inspiring subject for the writing of world history, but our discussion of related issues always has many limitations. This paper, based on the cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary macroscopic perspectives of art anthropology, based on previous research results, combined with the author's field investigation in Sri Lanka,re-integrated relevant materials, and used the porcelain of the Song Dynasty as a clue to bring Chinese history and world history.Linked up to illustrate a more complete historical context of the export of porcelain in the Song Dynasty,I hope to provide some new thinking for the writing of world culture and art history. |
