Exploring The Organizational Mode Of Guangxi Traditional Crafts Revitalization

In human history,traditional handicraft used to be the main method of human survival and development.In different historical periods,it has different social organization patterns.Before the large-scale promotion of modern machine technology,the main social organization forms of traditional handicraft were family mode and manual workshop mode.With the emergence of modern industry and factory system,traditional handicraft has gradually adopted factory mode,institution mode and museum mode.Since entering the information age,in order to adapt to the new environmental factors such as large-scale production,collectivized sales,new media publicity and the rise of tourism,traditional crafts have derived innovative models such as master studio model,company model,craftsman garden model and workstation model.Through a large number of research and analysis and comparative,it is found that the various modes of traditional crafts are not "independent" in practice,but play a role in collaboration.From the perspective of social system,organizations play the role of revitalizing traditional crafts in different levels.They have different applicable conditions and functions that cannot be replaced by other forms of organizations.Therefore,in the revitalization of traditional crafts in the work practice,we should pay attention to the development and construction of different levels of organizational model,flexible use both of the marketed economy and planed economy,systematically to promote the revitalization of traditional crafts.
