This thesis mainly uses the mapping theory of conceptual metaphor to analyze the metaphors and rhetoric connotations of the three sets of rhetorical symbol in Huang Que Ji:name symbol, space symbol and fatal symbol. These three sets of symbols are all important metaphorical symbols of the novel and have their own rich metaphorical connotations. The name symbol presents the rhetorical layout of"original name-accepted name-original name".The change of the name symbol reveals the relationship between characters and social culture;the metaphor of the space symbol"water tower"presents the dynamic rhetoric pattern of " Tower of Crime"?"Tower of Peace"?"Tower of settlement"?"Tower of Watching",and shows the same trend of development between the development of water tower metaphor and the development of the relationship between characters.Metaphorical meanings of the fate symbol "rabbit cage" and "rope"are bound by destiny, which promotes the hierarchy of fate to point to the circular destiny of"siskin" and "mantis" to achieve a philosophical state of thinking about life. The study of the metaphor of the name symbol, space symbol and fatal symbol make the whole text form a three-dimensional aesthetic relationship.
