Emotional susceptibility is the automatic and unconscious influence of emotions on cognitive activities during emotional infection. The traits of the individual's emotions that are easily influenced by others during the emotional infection process are the products of the interaction between emotion and cognition, and the level of cognition is affected by the maturity, physical environment, social environment and the self-regulating equilibrium process. The left-behind experience of college students is a special group in the period of social development.According to the investigation of the mental health status of the left-behind experience group, the detection rate of the emotional problems of the left-behind experience group is higher than that of the non-left-behind group. For the left-behind students who are in an unfavorable living condition during the growth process,it has very important practical and applied value. However, the research on the emotional susceptibility of the students in the past is still to be supplemented. This study used positive emotion initiation paradigm and backward emotion initiation paradigm as well as investigation and research to explore the characteristics of left-behind students' emotional susceptibility.A total of 160 subjects were selected for the experimental study.83 students were left behind and 77 were non-left-behind students.A total of 386 people was selected for the survey,188 students were left behind, and 198 were non-left-behind students. The study consisted of three experimental studies and one survey study. In the first experiment, the positive emotion initiation paradigm was used to investigate the differences between the emotional susceptibility characteristics of the left-behind students and the emotional susceptibility of the non-left-behind students. In the second experiment, the paradigm of positive emotion initiation paradigm and additional interpersonal tendency judgment is used to investigate whether the level of avoidance response and emotional susceptibility in college students' interpersonal communication will affect the interpersonal tendency judgment. In thethird experiment, the post-emotional initiation was used to investigate the continuity, unconsciousness and automatic processing characteristics of the students' emotional susceptibility. The investigation mainly explores the characteristics of the students' emotional susceptibility and the emotional susceptibility of non-left-behind students, and discusses the influence of subjective social status on emotional susceptibility and the mediating role of psychological flexibility.Through three experiments and investigations, the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The results of the experiment 1 indicate that the left-behind students' judgments on the preferences of the neutral characters are easily affected by the external emotional information and are significantly higher than those of the non-left-behind students.(2)The results of Experiment 2 indicate that the left-behind students are more likely to have a avoidance response after receiving different emotions, and the intensity of this avoidance response is significantly higher than that of non-left-behind students.(3)The results of Experiment 3 show that in the post-emotional initiation paradigm, the left-behind experience of college students has a sensitizing effect on the preference of neutral characters.(4)Left-behind experience the subjective social status of college students plays an indirect role in emotional susceptibility through the full intermediary role of psychological flexibility.(5)The influence of left-behind students' emotions on cognitive activities is higher than that of non-left-behind students, that is,the level of emotional susceptibility of college students is higher than that of non-left-behind students.(6)Both the positive emotional initiation paradigm and the backward emotional initiation paradigm can successfully initiate the emotions of the participants, that is,the emotions promote or inhibit the individual's processing of the environment, and different emotions activate different cognitive processing methods.(7)This study validates the unconscious processing characteristics of individualemotional susceptibility, that is,when we perform cognitive activities,we still monitor the environment around the individual to some extent, and multiple stimuli can be parallel, unconscious, and the destination is processed efficiently.
