Happiness has always been a good wish pursued by mankind.Happiness depends not only on external standards, but also on subjective feelings.Seligman once pointed out that "the 21 st century psychological research should shift from the traditional pathological direction of intervention and resolution of human psychological disorders and mental illnesses to the positive potential and positive force of human beings, and explore ways for people's healthy development. In turn, people's lives are happier." The contemporary college students are in the middle and late adulthood of the individual development, which is the key stage of psychological maturity. The subjective well-being of college students directly affects their mental health and quality of life, and needs to be widely valued.Psychological resilience is the key to whether an individual can effectively cope with an unfavorable situation. The individual effectively responds to setbacks and exhibits“elasticity” psychologically after experiencing setbacks, that is,healthier than the previous psychological state, which is of great significance to the future development of the individual..Emotional self-efficacy is an individual's confidence level or belief in whether or not to effectively regulate one's emotions and state.Emotional self-efficacy expresses positive emotions, regulates the emotional dimension of depression/anger emotions that can act on subjective well-being,and emotions.Regulating self-efficacy can also enhance individual subjective well-being by improving interpersonal relationship effectiveness and empathy effectiveness by improving interpersonal relationships. In order to verify the internal relationship between the three, this study explores the mediating role of emotional self-efficacy in mental and subjective well-being.With the enrichment and development of emotional self-efficacy intervention research, verifying its mediating role in the relationship between psychological flexibility and subjective well-being can provide more ways to improve college students' subjective well-being,that is,to improve self-efficacy by improving college students' emotions.Ways to improve their subjective well-being.The questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 583 college students, and statistical analysis was performed on the collected data using spss21.0 and AMOS23.0.The results of this study show that:(1)The characteristics of subjective well-being,psychological flexibility and emotional self-efficacy of college students are as follows: the subjective well-being of freshmen is higher than that of sophomores, juniors and seniors;the psychological flexibility of female college students is higher than that of male college students. The psychological flexibility of the freshmen and seniors is higher than that of the sophomores and juniors. The emotional self-efficacy of girls is higher than that of male students. The self-efficacy of freshmen's emotional adjustment is higher than that of second, junior and senior students.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between college students' psychological resilience, emotional self-efficacy and subjective well-being;college students' psychological resilience significantly predicts subjective well-being;college students' emotional self-efficacy significantly predicts subjective well-being.(3)College students' emotional self-efficacy plays a part in mediating between psychological resilience and subjective well-being.
