The susceptibility to evaluative conditioning is associated with many social cognitive and psychological biases which are the key to social discrimination and psychological problems.Psychological problems such as depression and anxiety are closely related to the susceptibility to negative stimuli, and susceptibility to positive stimuli is associated with healthy psychology and well-being.Therefore,the susceptibility to evaluative conditioning is closely related to our mental health and cannot be ignored.Mindfulness,as a factor that may affect the susceptibility to evaluative conditioning, has only recently received attention, but research in this area is still inadequate. In order to enrich theoretical research in this field, guide practice better, and provide better and more targeted services for people's mental health, the following research is carried out:Study 1,explore the correlation between mindfulness and susceptibility to evaluative conditioning.Adopting the experimental method, using the MAAS,PANAS,through the evaluative conditioning paradigm to test 80 subjects;Study 2,the mediating effect of elaboration on the effect of mindfulness to susceptibility to evaluative conditioning was tested. For college students,132 people were randomly sampled from several universities in Nanchang and Nanjing, and the subjects were tested by the FFMQ,RRS,PANAS,the thought-listing procedure and evaluative conditioning paradigm;Study 3,exploring the feasibility and effect of mindfulness intervention on susceptibility to evaluative conditioning, get 72 subjects in a fitness club in Hefei,36 of them were intervene by mindfulness trainning, and using the MAAS,PANAS,evaluative conditioning paradigm to examination. The effect of mindfulness on susceptibility to evaluative conditioning was studied by descriptive analysis,t-test,correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect test. The results are as follows:(1)There was a significant difference in the level of mindfulness between males and females(p<0.05),and the difference was not significant in hometown and whether singlechild(p>0.05).(2)Among the gender, hometown and whether single-child,there was no significant difference in the susceptibility to evaluative(p>0.05).(3)Among the gender, hometown and whether single-child,there was no significant difference in the Elaboration(p>0.05).(4)Mindfulness is positively correlated with susceptibility to positive stimuli(p<0.05),negatively correlated with the susceptibility to negative stimuli(p<0.05);(5)Mindfulness can positively predict the susceptibility to positive stimulus, but cannot influence the susceptibility to positive stimulus through elaboration;(6)Mindfulness not only directly affects the susceptibility to negative stimulus, but also influences the susceptibility to negative stimulus through elaboration.Among them, the ruminative responses and the average number of thought of negative images have mediating effects on the effect of mindfulness to the susceptibility to negative stimulus, with the effect amounts of 0.59 and 0.24 respectively;(7)Mindfulness training can effectively improve the individual's mindfulness level and susceptibility to evaluative conditional, and the difference of the experimental group was significant before and after the intervention(p<0.05).This study provides support for the theoretical study of mindfulness and susceptibility to evaluative conditioning, and provides a new perspective for the practitioners of mental health, that is,through the intervention of mindfulness to improve individual susceptibility to stimulus, thus promoting individual mental health and growth.
