The dialogue is interesting and complex. Before real language appeared, this process has been carried out in non-verbal ways such as gestures, lips, etc. The mutual transmission of information is the basis of the survival and development for group living animals,so the emergence and spread of language has greatly improved the development speed of human society.Although words, sign language and expressions can help people effectively spread information, oral language is still the most basic, commonly used and flexible means of communication[1].Previous literature studies have shown that men and women show different attention and understand to the meaning of emotions in the process of communication due to different brain mechanism, living environment, social role and other influencing factors in semantic recognition[2].This paper will study the ability of men and women to recognize and express the emotional factors contained in the corpus they need to understand in the process of speech dialogue, and at the same time classify the emotional types of the corpus?according to the emotional types, they can be divided into sadness, anger, joy and surprise;According to emotional valence,it is divided into positive emotion and negative emotion?and speaker gender as variables to study the interaction among the three. This study contains two experimental designs,namely,4󫎾 and 2󫎾 three-factor multi-level experimental designs. The purpose of the experiment is to investigate whether the recognition of different emotional information is affected by the gender of the listener and whether the influence changes with the gender of the speaker of the corpus. The purpose of experiment 2 is to further separate the emotional types into positive and negative ones, and to study the relationship among subjects'gender, emotional titer and speaker gender. The corpus used in the experiment was presented by WeChat applet, and the corpus, options and final results were listed by applet through JavaScript editing program of computer language. The subjects in the two experiments were 30 male and 30 female non-psychology and non-linguistics majors in Jilin-university.In addition,to ensure the accuracy of emotional meaning in corpus, resources in Casia Chinese emotional dialogue corpus are selected as experimental audibles.Experimental results show that:In the first experiment, female participants recognized sadness emotions of male speakers more quickly than male participants.Female participants were quicker to recognize the pleasure of female speakers;Male participants responded more quickly to the pleasure of male speakers;Men were slower to recognize sadness in female speakers; There was no significant effect on male speakers'anger, happiness and surprise, and no significant effect on female speakers'sadness, anger and surprise. The results of experiment 2 showed that there was no significant difference in response time between the emotional titer and the gender of the subjects. The negative emotional response of the subjects to the heterosexual speakers was slower. The accuracy rate was higher for female speakers.
