Application And Research Of Chat Robot In English Practice

Considering the lack of opportunities for Chinese students to practice English,we developed an English chatbot that can provide good dialogue quality to help users improve their English.The main research content of this paper is to use the retrieval technology and generation technology to generate the conversation system of English chatbot.Since the chatbot technology is to be used in English practice,the reply quality of the chatbot must be better,so as to promote the improvement of users’ English level.Therefore,the main goal of this paper is to improve the generation and retrieval of two kinds of reply generation effects,and select the statement with the best response effect among the generated candidate replies.On the basis of the existing research,this paper studies the retrieval method and the generation method,and designs and realizes the English chatbot by combining the two methods.The main research content of this paper is divided into the following aspects:(1)Research the generation model applied to English chatbot.After the success of sequence-to-sequence model in machine translation,the model has been widely used in natural language processing.In this paper,the attention mechanism is introduced on the basis of sequence-to-sequence model,and the beam search heuristic algorithm is used to improve the effect of model generation reply.The performance of the model is verified according to the length and diversity of the generated replies.(2)Research the retrieval model applied to English chatbots.This paper first studies the keyword matching method based on tf-idf algorithm,then studies the use of sequence-to-sequence model to encode text to obtain the semantics of text,and finally studies the scoring model based on deep learning.Finally,the retrieval model is constructed based on the above three text matching methods,and the experimental results show that the accuracy of the retrieval model is higher than other methods.(3)Design and implement an English chatbot system.In this paper,on the basis of the research design to achieve English chat robot system,system of combining produce pattern and language retrieval model was constructed in two ways,answer to choose modules for generating mode and retrieval model respectively to generate candidate answer rate,choose the highest score as a reply,to ensure the accuracy of the English bot reply.
