With the rapid development of China's film and television industry,the competition in the film and television post production industry is becoming more and more fierce.In the market of this industry,the demand for film and television post production companies is getting higher and higher.If business leaders want to gain a greater advantage and share a larger market among many competing companies of the this industry,they must find a way which is more suitable to their own development,and formulate personalized company's competitive strategy.Only in this way can help the company have greater competitiveness,thereby gain greater advantage in the industry market,and strengthen themselves constantly.Through the research on the theory of the strategic management,based on Beijing FSYD culture media Co.,Ltd find the way to be their competitive strategies for further competition.Deeply study the reasons,significance and result of the chosen competitive strategy.Depend on the case analysis,comparative analysis,and using the SWOT and Potter model analysis tools for interpretation,to educe that the indeed competitive advantages and brand effect for the company were brought by the chosen competitive strategies.In the increasingly fierce competition in the film and television post production industry,whether choose personality development,innovation and enterprising or not is every enterprise leader needs to face.This research has certain reference significance for other enterprises in the industry.
