In recent years,the added value of China's cultural industry and the proportion of GDP have been rising,and it has gradually become a new growth point in China,s macro-economy.Under the background of the new normal of economic development,the 13th Five-Year Plan proposes that in 2020 Let China,s cultural industry become a national pillar industry,and at the same time improve the music industry to the position of national cultural development strategy for the first time.As the most developed region in the Asian cultural industry,Japan5 s music market has always been ranked in the top in the world.In 2018,it was certified by the International Recording Industry Association as the world's second largest music market.Japanese scholars believe that the Japanese music market will pick up in 2012.It has an important relationship with the rise of the idol group represented by AKB48.This paper selects the AKB48 mus.ic idol group in the Japanese music market for nine consecutive years as the research object,and uses literature analysis,interviews and participation observation methods to explore the content production and marketing modes in the AKB48 operating model.Brand management strategy,trying to find the development ideas that are suitable for China' s music idol groups.This paper finds that AKB48 has the core concept of"touchable idols".The multiple album sales model,exclusive theater performance mode,fan empowerment mode,and sales and idol communication mode are its special marketing modes,satisfying fans.The emotional appeal of"cultivating"and"companion"is a marketing model that focuses on emotional needs.At the same time,the operating company has produced a complete content production line by selling albums,producing TV series,documentaries,games and animation works,and the new and old members of AKB48 adopt the alternate method of"AKB48"as a brand,through AKB48.The brand',s construction-maintenance-extension creates a unique cultural symbol.AKB48's mature operating model also provides certain experience and new ways for the healthy development of China's music industry and the operation of the music idol group.
